1 & 2 Timothy, Titus is unavailable, but you can change that!

In the volume on 1 & 2 Timothy and Titus, Walter Liefeld reveals the context and meanings of Paul’s letters to two leaders in the early Christian church. He explores the present-day implications of these epistles and helps the reader to accurately apply the principles they contain to contemporary issues.

The matter has been clouded by the adoption of inadequate and perhaps misleading nomenclature. “Egalitarian” is adopted by some, but opponents claim that they also hold to equality—although, it must be observed, many women feel that they are not considered equal as long as they are restricted from particular ministries. “Complementarian” has been adopted by others, but it can be argued that in the church and increasingly in society it is widely recognized that men and women do complement each other.
